FAQ's

What shipping methods do you use? 

We use Australia Post & TNT Express for parcels up to 5kg, anything over 5kg will be sent with StarTrack.

Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse is located in Cockburn Central, Western Australia.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes, just choose pickup at checkout.

An item i want is out of stock, can i be notified when it is back in stock?

Yes, head to the product page and enter your email, you will be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

Are all of your items in-stock in your warehouse?

Yes, in the very rare instance it is not in stock, it will be noted below the in-stock sign on the website.

I have sent you an email but have not had a response.

We aim to reply to emails wihin a few hours. If we are extremely busy, it may take a little longer.

I have tried to call you but there is no answer, why? 

This is the most common question. As we are based in Western Australia, our time zone is +8:00 (currently 3 hours behind Sydney and Melbourne). Please call us between 9am - 4pm AWST.

My vehicle isn't listed in the Parts Finder.

Not all makes and models are listed in our Parts Finder. We are constantly adding more makes and models. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, Zip, Afterpay and Bank Transfer. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, please contact us for a shipping quote if you are outside Australia or New Zealand.
